Each Vice President leads a small team of Associates. Here's what each team actually does.
Social Affairs Associate
Community, mentorship, service, and the weekly newsletter. Reports to the VP of Social AffairsWhat the team doesBuilds the club's community: networking mixers, casual events that bring members together, mentorship, philanthropy and service, and the weekly "This week at MWAG" newsletter. The team also plans events on dates with no guest speaker.

Marketing Associate
Events, social media, flyers, and member growth. Reports to the VP of MarketingWhat the team doesMakes MWAG visible and keeps its membership growing: Diag boards, Fall and Winter Festival marketing, social media accounts, and the photos and flyers behind every event.
Good fit ifYou create content or design, and you care how the club looks and sounds.
Operations Associate
Rooms, attendance, speakers, and outside contact. Reports to the VP of OperationsWhat the team doesKeeps the club running day to day: room bookings, attendance, internal coordination, and contact with speakers and anyone outside the club. The team also brings forward guest speaker and business partnership opportunities.
Good fit ifYou are organized and reliable, and comfortable writing to people outside the club.
Finance Associate
Weekly professional development and networking. Reports to the VP of FinanceWhat the team doesBuilds members' professional readiness: weekly development opportunities between Friday events, including professional headshots, an investments workshop, resume review, and interview prep, plus introductions to people working in the field.

Recruitment Associate
Applications, dues, member data, and the festivals. Reports to the VP of RecruitmentWhat the team doesOwns how members and Associates join: the application process, membership dues, member data, and leading the Fall and Winter Festival, where MWAG meets prospective members.
Good fit ifYou are discreet and fair, comfortable with spreadsheets, and glad to talk with prospective members.
